Our roses are 100% real and are preserved with our own proprietary solution to maintain their beautiful appearance and longevity for up to 365 days.
Please follow our tips to ensure longevity for your rose arrangement.
-Do not water or remove the roses from their packaging.
-Gently brush off any dust from the petals.
-Keep the roses at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, air conditioning vents, and fans.
-Clean the Everlasting Rose domes with a microfiber cloth and glass cleaner to minimize fogging.

Delivery is available at an additional cost, however for orders over $300 delivery is free of charge (this does not include same day delivery).

Depending on the product, orders will take approximately 3-5 days until ready for delivery. If you need an order on the same day a $50 rush fee applies.
We do not offer any refunds or exchanges due to changes of mind. Please be mindful that each rose bud may vary slightly in size, shape and appearance as specified in each product listing. Rose colours may also appear different due to lighting.
We take great pride in meticulously handcrafting each order and ensuring it is packaged to the highest standards. In the event that your order is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours via email at info@rosegallery.org
, providing photographs of the damage. Upon approval, a refund will be issued for any damaged or defective arrangement, processed through the original method of payment.
